Please keep all the following safety instructions for future reference.
For product inquiries while using it, please contact Vueron Technology support team.Disconnect the equipment from all power outlets before cleaning. Use only a damp cloth for
cleaning. Do not use liquid detergents.
The power outlet socket must be easily accessible.
Protect the equipment from humidity.
Place the equipment on a reliable surface during installation. Dropping the equipment may cause
damage.
Protect the equipment from overheating.
Ensure that the voltage of the power source is correct before connecting the equipment to a power
outlet.
Position the power cord away from high-traffic areas.
All cautions and warnings on the equipment should be noted.
If the equipment is not used for a long time, disconnect it from the power source to avoid damage
from transient overvoltage.
Do not pour liquid into an opening. This may cause electrical shock or fire.
For safety reasons, the equipment should be opened only by qualified service personnel.
If any of the following occurs, have the equipment checked by service personnel:Liquid has penetrated the equipment.
The equipment has been exposed to moisture.
The equipment is malfunctioning or does not operate.
The equipment has been dropped or damaged.
System Configuration#
Run VueFlow#
Open Firefox and input “localhost:8081” into the address bar to access the VueTwo viewer page.
Please use the Firefox browser installed on the PC. There may occur some errors if you use others.When accessing from another device such as a laptop, please input the IP address of the processor (e.g. 192.168.1.131:8081). In this case, please ensure that the processor is connected to the same network as the laptop.When you access the system, the initial screen will display a login window. The initial administrator account information is as follows:
< Email : admin / Password : admin >Enter the Email and Password, then click the Login button to access the program.Device Registration#

Before registering the device, it needs to create a group for the device to belong to.
Click on “Home” at the right menu, then select “Create Area” on the left.
In this “Area” section, you can group the processers connected to the same network. (e.g. 1F, 2F …)
To create an Area, click on “Create Area” at the top.

Fill in the information for the Area to create, then click “Continue” to save.
Name : Specify the name of the Area. (e.g. Lobby)
Description : Enter a description for the Area. (e.g. The lobby of headquarters)

“Client” refers to each processor. You can register the processors connected to the same network to monitor and control in the viewer.
Enter the information for the device to register, then click “OK” to save.Area Name : Select the Area to which the Client belongs. (e.g. Lobby)
Name : Specify the name of the Client. (e.g. Client 1)
Host : Enter the IP address of the processor. (e.g. 192.168.1.131)
Port : Enter the Port number for the sever. The default value is 10221.
Frame Rate : Time required for the client to process one frame of data. (Unit: ms)
Fingerprint : This is a token that verifies if the device is successfully connected to the network. After entering the Host and Port, press the Fetch button to check the connection status.
If it is successfully connected, a specific code will be displayed.
If the device cannot be found, a 'Failed to fetch' message will appear.
Description : Enter a description for the Client.

Sensor Connection#
Before registering the sensor, please ensure that the processor is connected to the same network as the sensor.1.
In the "Viewer" menu, click the Settings button next to "Client"(⚙️) to open the "Client Management" menu, then select "Add LiDAR" at the bottom of the screen.

Input the information of the sensor to connect, then click “OK” to save.
Lidar Model : Click on the blank space to select the model of the sensor to connect.
Lidar IP : Input the IP address of the sensor to connect.
Lidar Port : Input the LiDAR destination port.
You can find the sensor's IP address and destination port using the configuration program provided by the sensor manufacturer. If you have trouble connecting the sensor, please contact Vueron Technology.3.
Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the lower-left corner of the Viewer and enable "PCD", then verify the following items. The PCD feature allows you to show or hide the sensor's Point Cloud data.PCD Display: Confirm that the Point Cloud data is displayed in the Viewer.
Connection Status: Verify that the number of active LiDAR devices shown in the lower-right corner matches the number of devices registered in the LiDAR menu.
Model Verification: Confirm that the displayed LiDAR model name matches the actual connected device (e.g., Falcon).

Account Management#
Only admin accounts can edit Area/Client/Lidar, modify account information, and check login records. User accounts are restricted to monitoring the LiDAR screen and checking the software version.1.
To create a user account, click the "Member" button on the left side and select "Add member" at the top.

Input the information of the user to register, then click "OK" to save.
Email : Enter the e-mail address of the user to register.An email must be between 5 and 32 characters long, excluding the domain, and can contain letters, numbers, and the following special characters: '.', '+', and '-'.
The words 'admin', 'administrator', 'administration', 'rrot', and 'system' cannot be used in the email address.
Password : Enter the password to use for login.The password must be between 9 and 32 characters long and can include letters, numbers, and special characters. It cannot be the same as the email address.
Name : Enter the name of the user to register.
Phone : Enter the phone number of the user to register.

You can see the list of Users you have registered in the Member section.

To delete a member, select the User account to delete from the list. Click the "Remove" button at the top right corners. A confirmation message will be displayed, then click "OK" to confirm and delete the user account.
Program Management#
In the "Log" tab, login records can be viewed.In the Log system tab, real-time recording of system status and key operational events enables monitoring of operational conditions and detection of abnormal signs.In the Log Audit tab, you can check the access log from any members.

GUI (Graphical User Interface)#
Once the sensor connection is completed, click on “Viewer” in the top left corner to start using the program.
The registered areas and the associated clients are displayed on the left side. Select the client to control.

If the sensor is successfully connected, the point cloud will be displayed.Click and drag with the left and right mouse button to adjust the position and orientation of the viewer. Press 'v' to switch views (XY view, XZ view, YZ view).1.
Click on the gear icon located at the top left corner to initiate the GUI.
You can toggle each function using the button next to each feature.
Object : Detect moving objectsFigure : Mark detected objects with bounding boxesPedestrian : Yellow, Car : Red, Truck/Bus : Blue, Cyclist : Purple
Info : Display ID, class and speed of detected objects
Trajectory : Track the movement path of detected objects
Objects outside zone : Detect objects outside of the defined areas of interest
Lidar : Display the location of LiDAR sensor with red pole
Grid : Visualize the detection range and distance of the LiDAR sensor graphically
Zone : Establish separate areas of interest to manage
Detection info : Display real-time object count information by class in the top right corner
Objects ousite zone : Detect objects outside of the defined areas of interest
PCD Mode : Display the point cloud data detected by the sensorFloor PCD : (When disabled) Remove the point cloud data of the ground surface

Click on the “Calibration” button to modify the coordinate system of the viewer.

Click on the sensor to calibrate and adjust each calibration variable.
Press the left and right mouse buttons to navigate the viewer’s position and direction.
X, Y, Z : Position of the sensors in the coordinate system (1m per grid cell)
Roll : Rotation angle of the sensor with respect to the X-axis
Pitch : Rotation angle of the sensor with respect to the Y-axis
Yaw : Rotation angle of the sensor with respect to the Z-axis
You can also specify colors to differentiate the detection areas of each sensor.When calibrating multiple sensors, adjust them one by one.
Deactivate all other sensors except the first one, which will serve as the reference.It is recommended to deactivate the "Object" during calibration.
To adjust the yaw parameter, press the 'V' button to switch the view to 2D.
Align the point cloud data parallel to the x axis. It is recommended to arrange to be longder in the x direction as shown below.
Adjust the roll, pitch, and z parameters switching the view to yz and xz.
Refer to the images belowe for guidance.


Save the calibration status once completed setting.In order to calibrate the second sensor, change the point cloud color to easily distinguish the PCD (Point Cloud Data) of each sensor.
Activate the reference sensor(the first sensor, which has been completed calibration) and the second sensor (currently being calibrated). Switch the view to 2D and adjust the x, y, and yaw parameters to match to the reference sensor.
Adjust roll, pitch, and z parameter switching the view to yz and xz.
Refer to the below image for guidance.


Save the calibration status once completed the settings.In order to calibrate the third sensor, change the point cloud color to easily distinguish the PCD of each sensor.
Activate the reference sensor and the third sensor (currently being calibrated). Adjust each parameter in the same way as above, using the reference sensor as the basis.To return to the initial state, press the “Reset” button.
Once completed calibration adjustment, press “Save” to maintain the current state.Click on the “Export” button to save the adjusted calibration values and click on the “Import” button to load previously saved calibration data.Also you can use the calibration guide in the menu.5.
For ROI setting, click on the “Zone” button and select “ + Add Zone ”.

Click on the "Add zone" button to draw the Zone.

Select either the rectangle or polygon icon, then draw the Zone by dragging the mouse. Click “save” when finished drawing.After configuring a Zone, you can apply additional features and settings to that Zone.

GPS Calibration#
Use GPS Calibration to visualize LiDAR data in conjunction with real-time Google Maps coordinates. This allows you to intuitively verify detected objects within their actual surrounding environment.2.
Right-click on the location for which you want to obtain the coordinates, then select "What's here?".

Click the generated location marker to view the latitude and longitude of that point.
(Example: Latitude: 37.010105, Longitude: 127.219063)

In the Viewer, enable the Map feature, then click the "GPS Calibration" button and enter the latitude and longitude values obtained from Google Maps.

Adjust the Heading value to rotate the map clockwise or counterclockwise. Align the map approximately with the orientation of the displayed PCD data. 6.
Fine-tune the position by making small adjustments to the latitude, longitude, and heading values. Use nearby buildings, roads, and vehicle traffic patterns as references. For more precise alignment, enable the 3D view and use the three-dimensional representation of surrounding structures. Data Logging and Playback#

Press the red circle button at the top left corner to initiate data logging.
Set the Record Time and File chunk size using the mouse scroll, then press the OK button to start recording. Set the File chunk size for smooth recording and playback. The default value is 5GB.
Recorded files are stored in ~/vueron-data/recording directory. Please check the available storage before data logging. Recording will automatically stop if the recording partition reaches 5% capacity remaining.
To change the logging file storage directory, modify “oslo_storage_path” in /opt/oslo/.env.json file.2.
Press the folder icon at the top left corner to load and playback the saved logging data.

Use the activation button at the top left corner to display or hide the point data of each sensor.
You can adjust the playback speed by pressing “Play Speed” button in the bottom right corner.
To return to real-time monitoring, press the stop button to end playback.
